Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of glass containers, the high cost of shipping, and the higher possibility of damaged product associated with shipping glass products multiple times, we do not accept returns unless specifically requested by us.

If you receive the wrong item(s), you must provide a photo of the product you received within 30 days of receiving your order. We will not replace missing/incorrect item(s) after 30 days of receiving your order.

Due to the high possibility of product becoming damaged during shipping, we will only replace damaged product if at least 50% of an item is lost (50% of a case of glass jars broken, 50% of lids damaged, etc). You must provide a photo of the damaged product within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds will be permitted upon request except in the case of product damaged during shipping. A request for refund must be submitted prior to shipping.

Late or missing refunds

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at steve@saiawholesale.com.

Shipping Returns

If you are instructed to return your product, you should mail your product to: 164 W Santa Fe Rd, Oakdale, LA 71463.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Purchases for UPS shipping are automatically insured up to $100 by UPS. If you wish to purchase additional shipping insurance, you may submit a request with your order. Please note that your shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect any additional fees associated with your request.
